  1. Is shipping free?

    • Worldwide shipping is free for orders over 100 USD; otherwise, there is a $50 shipping fee.

  2. How long is the shipping time?

    • Processing time: 3-15 business days.
    • Shipping time to China Mainland: 3-7 business days.
    • Global (Rest of World) shipping time: 7-14 business days.

  3. How do we ship?

    • Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, UPS, or DHL in most countries.

  4. Can I cancel my order?

    • You can cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email choizinshop@hotmail.com.

  5. Will I receive a tracking number?

    • We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. You will receive a tracking number with an email sent to you. If you need help tracking your order, please email choizinshop@hotmail.com.

  6. Can I modify my shipping information?
